Turn your notes into a study guide
A one page study guide made only from your own notes, plus a spoken version for the bus. Twelve minutes. It will not know what your teacher emphasised unless it is in your notes.
The tool
NotebookLM
Give it your own files and it only answers from those, with page references. It can turn them into a spoken overview too. The free plan is enough for this.
Upload your notes
follow these in the app
Steps, not a prompt: open NotebookLM, click New notebook, then Add source. Upload your notes as a file, or paste them in. Add the reading too if you have it.
What good looks like
The notebook shows a summary of your notes on the left. If it is empty, the upload did not work.
Ask for the guide
copy, paste into NotebookLM, change the parts in [brackets]
From the notes I uploaded, make a one page study guide: the eight ideas most likely to be on a test, each in two sentences, plus the three things I seem to have written the least about.
What good looks like
A guide that points back to your notes. The "least written about" part is where you are weakest.
Make it something you can listen to
follow these in the app
Steps, not a prompt: in the notebook, click Audio Overview and generate it. Listen once on the way to school and notice which part you could not follow.

Watch out
It only knows what you upload. If a lecture is missing from your notes, it is missing from the guide.
