Everyday life · 4 of 4 · runs on its own

Have the week's meals planned for you every Monday

The dinner plan and the shopping list, sized to your house, made for you every Monday without asking. It runs on its own inside the AI you already use. It only writes plans; it cannot buy anything.

First, what this is

Everything else you have done here answers when you ask. This is different: it is an agent, an AI with a job, a schedule, and rules it cannot break. You write the instructions once and it runs on its own inside the AI you already use. Every agent on this site only reads and reports. Two minutes on what that means and why it is safe.

The Meal Planner

A menu and a shopping list, sized to your house. Here is what one run looks like, with made up numbers:

Planning 7 days for 4, no restrictions, around $100.

Monday: sheet pan chicken and vegetables. Tuesday: black bean tacos. Wednesday: leftovers from Monday. Thursday: pasta with what is left of the vegetables. Grocery list is grouped by aisle, 22 items, roughly $77.

Set up yours

Answer four questions (what to watch, when, which AI, which plan) and we write the full instructions and the click by click setup for your app. About ten minutes including the setup.

Watch out

Read the first plan before you shop from it. If it ignores a food rule once, add the rule to its instructions and it will not again.

One of these a week, for everyday life.

A new thing to try every Monday, prompt included, five minutes to read. Your email and nothing else.
